COURSE AIMS

Supply Chain Leadership equips managers with the concepts and practices of Supply Chain Management (SCM) which will support and help them to deliver corporate success through a more efficient coordination with their suppliers and customers. Designed to the requirements of managers involved in SCM operational activities like procurement, production, planning and logistics planning, sales and distribution and strategic activities such as product / process re-design for SCM.
