Up to this date, Michael continues to pursue his life and work objectives dedicated to servicing and sharing of knowledge. He has not left the Middle East since and shares his time between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, enjoying an ever-increasing responsibility to support employers and employees alike.
As a trainer, Michael has spent considerable efforts in understanding the subtle and complex mechanisms of leadership and management, emphasising the peculiar interactions between human and organisational factors. His interests in organisational changes, human developments and impact theories on action and reaction, combined with the unpredictability of the human factor, retained highest attention when setting up international talent development programmes in large multinational companies.
Michael has a very charismatic training style which is welcoming and creates a relaxed atmosphere, where he feels people learn their best. Using a combination of practical activities, reflective reviews, and group discussions, learners are guided through an explorative learning process, allowing them to make decisions and experience the consequences of those decisions.
With so much hands-on experience in a variety of organisations he is able to bring in powerful real-life scenarios and situations for delegates to visualise and experience, thus enabling all the participants to maximise their performance.
