Inspired by witnessing people go through positive changes by the very tools heprovides, Ali dedicated his life to Training and Consultingfor the purpose ofteams and organisations development. He started his path of Training in his 20’sfor his community in Auckland – New Zealand by holding leadership, motivation,and communication-related seminars.
Ali then decided to create a business model out of his passion and hence, afterhis graduation, he started to target corporations and SME’s to provide hisservices. He then decided to expand his services to Dubai and the GCCcommunities, and since then, he has been providing training and consultations inthese regions.
Ali graduated from Business School at Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand, as well as being certified by the NZQF (New Zealand Qualification Framework) to be a Corporate Trainer and an Assessment Expert.
Since the start of his career, Ali prides himself in being a bilingual trainer and a consultant who supports people from different regions of the globe from America to New Zealand. He has been assisting clients through Training, Consulting and Coaching for more than 12 years by providing Management, Learning and Development solutions to Government Departments and Major Corporations. Ali’s expertise covers all stages of training, starting from the pre-training stage which consists of understanding delegates’ needs and designing course content, followed by delivering unforgettable and interactive learning experience, and ending with the post-course stage to measure the level of learning and how delegates apply it to their work place.
Since 2007, Ali has been delivering training courses and providing consultancy solutions under Leadership, Management, Performance, Management, Team Dynamics, Planning and Creative Thinking.He hasbeen working with different blend of people, from top management teams,middle management and junior employees who are striving to developthemselves.
