Her experience included the setup, growth, and development of several training functions where she managed in-house and third-party training across different industries including Aviation, HR, Hospitality, Tourism, and IT. She also designed and delivered Assessors Skills workshops. She initiated, led, and oversaw the ‘High Performers Selection’ programme for over 15000 employees. Helen managed the IATA Operational Safety Audit (Organisation & Management) 2018 and redefined the mystery shop measuring matrix by aligning customer service with employee performance measures. The roles involved conducting training in the Middle East, Europe, and the US. She was an assessor for ILM/City and
