Cinderella has more than 12 years of experience in talent development in the Middle East, Africa and the GCC region. She delved into various areas of the talent development arena. She is specialised in learning needs assessment, workshops and training design and delivery, leadership development, change management, competency-based interviews, skills and personality assessment, performance management system design, competency mapping, framework design, Executive Coaching for C-suite and succession planning as well as diversity and Employees’ Engagement.

Her area of specialty includes Food and Beverage, Retail Leisure and Entertainment, Oil and Gas: Automation Solution, Government Sector Telecom, Malls and Pharmaceutical.

 

Her recent completion of the Master’s degree in occupational psychology and coaching is a reflective of career dedication in the specialisation in positive business change through the assessment and development of cultural and emotional factors as she is very in tuned with different cultural backgrounds and global markets.

Cinderella’s coaching methods are focused on creating awareness and success achieving through sustainable behaviour change by practicing “Cognitive Behavioural Coaching” with the assistance of  uncovering the unconscious bias and Emotional Intelligence tools.

 She enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise by establishing a positive rapport with clients so together they can create a bespoke, realistic action plan to align with the organisation’s objectives.
