Management Trainer and Consultant
Craig is an experienced Learning and Development Professional with 12 years experience in the training environment specializing in Sales training and performance management. He is passionate about getting the best out of teams striving for efficiency and pushing teams to break through their glass ceilings to achieve their potential.
He started his career in the South African developing sales teams to drive higher turnover in multiple industries across telecommunications, retail and finance. During this time, he expanded his knowledge through studying psychometric testing and corporate coaching to improve the level of development he was giving each of his partners.
Craig was then head hunted from South Africa to join a large multinational in Dubai where he was tasked to create and implement a new learning department internally, This task was to build out content based on the competency framework and job roles of all individuals in the organisation. Once created it would need to be implemented. These topics included psychometrics, Pareto Law (80/20 rule), time management, commercial account management, operational excellence, on-boarding etc.
He has since moved into the training sector delivering learning across multiple industries with the purpose of improving the lives of all people in the corporate environment. Craig can deliver training on many topics but specializes in Sales and Negotiation (all levels), Key Account Management, Time Management, Teambuilding and Performance Management.
Craig also provides coaching as a post learning service to ensure the retention of all key behaviours expected once completing any course. His professionalism and charisma creates a great environment for growth and learning.
Craig also has experience in Keynote speeches focused on performance driven conversations, sales processes and customer service principles.
