Hasan is a strategic HR consultant with over 30 years of experience in the development and delivery of human resources management and business strategy. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience across different industries and functional domains, enabling organisations through designing and implementing key human capital and organisational transformation.

Hasan has a successful track record of supporting Emiratis and coaching them and their organisations in order to change organisational behaviour. As a professional coach, he uses his strong interpersonal skills to develop individuals performance at personal, relational and business level. 

Academically, Hasan has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from UAE University, UAE. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD, UK) and has completed the Business Consultant Certificate Program and the Human Resources Consultant Certificate through the International Association of Professions Career College (IAP). Additionally, he is a professional member of both the International Association of Professional Organisations (IAPO) and the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
