Helen Roxburgh is a Senior Learning and Development Professional with over 20 years of successful training, development, talent management, strategy, assessment, development and coaching experience and customer centricity experience. Helen possesses strong skills in facilitation, analysing client’s needs, designing, implementing, and evaluating training and assessment centres, and has specialised in Leadership, Organisational and Personal Brand, Customer experience and Safety Procedures.

Academically, Helen has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Bradford, UK, a Diploma in Training Skills from University of Leicester, UK, a Certificate in Training Skills from Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), UK, a Certificate in Quality Management and Auditing from International Register of Certified Auditors, Dubai; she is also a Certified Test User in Occupational Ability and Personality by The British Psychological Society, UK.

As an experienced trainer and consultant who can provide a full scope of training and consultancy services to clients, Helen is creative, motivating and an ‘out-of-box’ thinker and communicator, who enjoys mentoring others to help them achieve their professional objectives. Her extensive experience spans from designing, developing and facilitating both face to face and online training content on a variety of subjects including Leadership Development, Training, Assessors and Selection Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Brand Identity, Awareness and Value, Customer Experience, Personal Security and Safety Procedures to coaching clients to meet their personal and professional goals and objectives.

As a Senior Manager in a multinational organisation, Helen was accountable for the effective induction, management, development, and motivation of 9,000 employees.Her experience included the setup, growth, and development of several training functions where she managed in-house and third-party training across different industries including Aviation, HR, Hospitality, Tourism, and IT.She also designed and delivered Assessors Skills workshops. She initiated, led, and oversaw the ‘High Performers Selection’ programme for over 15000 employees.Helen managed the IATA Operational Safety Audit (Organisation & Management) 2018 and redefined the mystery shop measuring matrix by aligning customer service with employee performance measures.The roles involved conducting training in the Middle East, Europe, and the US.She was an assessor for ILM/City and

Guilds training qualification and an active member of Induction and Mentoring Programmes for UAE Nationals.

Her training style is flexible and adaptable to the needs of her audience with a strong belief that learning should be an enjoyable, stimulating and rewarding experience for her delegates.
