Course Pre-requisites

This programme is designed for delegates who have basic knowledge of using a computer. They should be comfortable in using the keyboard, mouse and Start menu. Knowledge of how to use a web browser is beneficial, although not a requirement. No previous experience with other versions of Microsoft Office is necessary.

Overview

Designed to build user confidence in operating a computer. Those who wish to improve their skill set, to be able to efficiently manage a filing system search the Internet; use Microsoft Outlook including filing, signatures and tasks. This course also covers a working understanding of basic and commonly used features in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
