How strong is your first impression?

Each day at work and in our homes we tend to under-estimate the influence of body language. We simply take the body language ‘tool’ for granted, which adversely creates barriers. Discover the necessary skills needed for building strong relationships and improve your communication and influencing skills, in order for you to achieve your goals. You will get an inside-out look at the basic categories of body language from the initial meeting to the frequency of eye-contact, the power of a smile and what your surroundings say about you. Each category is explored in detail to help advance your understanding of how body language changes who you are – literally.

By the end of the course you will be able to identify exactly what impressions your verbal and nonverbal language is giving and how to make a lasting first impression!
