Ziad Youssef

Ziad Youssef holds a bachelor’s degree in BA, Syria, Tishreen University, and studied globally, alongside AMSI and ASSOCIATES (South Africa), the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM: Dubai) and the Association of Business practitioners (UK). In addition, Ziad is an approved trainer from ACTVET, Abu Dhabi for teaching National Qualifications’ Diplomas, and he is currently finishing his CIPD Diploma in Learning and Development (CIPD).

Ziad is a highly motivated, passionate, and skilled individual, possessing excellent learning and development experience from both private and public sector. He is well conversant and fluent in both English and Arabic and has earned a reputation for delivering core competency areas across key sectors across verticals in the corporate arena.

The training and development solutions designed and perfected by Ziad would be unique and will offer significant advantage over all similar and competing products and services. He can demonstrate his training module design, and development prowess to reach out to the audience through different learning techniques.

As a Learning and Development Practitioner, Ziad trained and supported others to develop in the areas of Management, Business Communication, Customer Service, Stress and Time Management, People Skills, Teamwork, Self-Awareness, Personal development, and Business Writing Skills.

Ziad worked as training manager, supporting public and private training managers to design and implement training plans in their companies, and helping them implement the best training programmes / team building initiatives for their organisations in order to bring qualified, talented and highly motivated people to the workplace.

Ziad specialises in delivering innovative training and team building activities using the creative thinking techniques including brainstorming, focus group discussions, role plays, and simulations. He has vast experience preparing business plans to allow accurate operational forecasts to be made, to meet company objectives and worked closely with the business departments to ensure the plan was interpreted and implemented correctly.His passion for training and development is evident in every training course he delivers through his open participative and interactive delivery style.
